Hello, I am an environmental and economic historian based in Vancouver, British Columbia. I hold a PhD in history from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and I am currently a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) postdoctoral fellow in residence at Simon Fraser University. I study the human, environmental, and economic history of grazing rangelands and the global beef trade.
I am always interested in speaking with current or past livestock producers, beef industry experts, rangeland managers, and other students and scholars. Please contact me or read more.
